Internal Sales Representative Export with knowledge of French (m/f/d)

Your mission

Together with the field sales force, you will look after transnational customers and conduct active customer discussions in French and English
You will handle written and telephone customer inquiries and prepare quotations in English and French (according to template)
You will handle customer support by telephone and in writing (e.g. in case of postponement, cancellation, early delivery, etc.) in English and French
For offers and samples you still grasp, primarily in English and French

Your profile

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in a comparable position is desirable, but not required
You work independently and also like to handle complex tasks
You react calmly and confidently under stress and convince your interlocutors with a high level of commitment and reliability
Loyalty and sincere teamwork and communication skills are a matter of course for you
Good knowledge of MS Office, Smart CRM and ABAS are desirable
Very good written and spoken English is essential
Ideally, you have a mother tongue knowledge of French
